Pollination Services

Have crops that could use a boost? That's not a problem, in fact, it's common. We'll bring our hives out to you!

Service Description

With Dry Creek Beekeeping's pollination services, you can ensure that your crops are properly pollinated. We offer as many beehives as you need and take care of them for you. Plus, as an added bonus, you'll also get some of the honey produced. Pricing is available upon request.

Please consider in advance how many hives you would like and how long you want them on your property (or if you'd like them year-round). We can also help you with determining how many hives would be appropriate for the size of your property as well as your pollination needs.

Swarm Removal

If you have a swarm of honey bees, you can call and we can be out to remove them. We do swarm removals for free within an hour's drive of the apiary.

Swarm Removal Policy

  • If it is under an hour away from our apiary it's free (over an hour distance, time and price of gas will be included)

  • If the swarm has settled down in a cavity and the removal involves cutting something open to get them out, we will charge for labor

  • We will only do removals from the inside of houses with a contractor on hand to do any of the necessary construction work (homeowner is required to hire the contractor)

  • A hold harmless agreement must be signed by the property owner / homeowner prior to work commencing.

Through our national network of beekeepers, we provide connection, purpose, and healthy relationships, through access, resources, and funding for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders.

As a Mentor in the Hives for Heroes Program, we are committed to guiding at least one Hero for a duration of one year and exemplify the values and mission of Hives for Heroes. We will provide one hive at our apiary specifically for training and educational purposes during the initial year for the mentee to work with their beekeeping mentor, and will donate one split or swarm  of bees to NewBEEs who successfully complete their first year in the program.

To become a NewBEE: Hives for Heroes welcomes active duty, veterans, and first responders who have limited or no beekeeping experience and wish to explore beekeeping, cultivate healthy relationships, and actively participate in the organization. Our goal is to provide our Nation’s Heroes with a local mentor while supporting through regular events, resources, and application based funding opportunities as a “NewBEE”.
