Fall Flannel Open House

Service Description
Put on your favorite flannel and get your fall vibes on with us! Take a scenic drive past vibrant fall trees and horse farms to the countryside and join us at Dry Creek Beekeeping for a cozy autumn day. Enjoy a Honey Bar Tasting with 20 varieties of honey (all available for purchase), chat with us about bees and honey, and check out our children’s book “Breeze the Busy Bee”—perfect for gifting (and yes, we have adorable bee stuffies to make it a bundle!). Take advantage of some photo opportunities with our outdoor fall decor or stunning country views, and be sure to sign our beehive found in our classroom. It will be placed in our apiary for 20 years! For the kids, bee and butterfly wings are available for purchase (this could serve as inspiration for a bee-utiful Halloween costume). Honey sticks will be given to the first 30 kids, and we’ll host a coloring contest featuring an illustration from the “Breeze the Busy Bee” book. 📅 When: Friday, October 9 & Saturday, October 10, 2026 🕚 Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 📍 Where: Dry Creek Beekeeping, 489 S. Clark Lane, Elizabeth, IL No reservation needed for this event. Hours are 9:30-11:00 and 12:30-3:00 in between the Bee-come a Beekeeper Tours. Come celebrate fall, family, and all things bees with us!

Cancellation Policy
Prior to Booking your Reservation, please review our FAQ and complete a Hold Harmless Agreement found on the FAQ page. This must be reviewed and completed before booking. Changes/Cancellations: - Email changes to drycreektoursandtastings@gmail.com up to 24 hours before tour time with booking parties' names. - Cancellation refunds: More than 72 hours = 100%, 24-72 hours = 50%, less than 24 hours = no refund. Refunds will go back on payment provided with a small fee applied by the bank that is a pass-through cost.
