Friday, May 2nd | 6–8 PM | $65 per person Looking for a fun, flavorful night out? Gather your partner, friends, or favorite group and join us for a sweet-and-savory evening that blends learning, tasting, and creating. Hosted by Dry Creek Beekeeping (B’Ann Dittmar) and Lynnies’ Kitchen (Lynn Kaufman), this hands-on workshop is designed to delight all your senses. Start the evening with a guided honey tasting experience led by Dry Creek Beekeeping. Explore six unique honeys from around the world, discovering their aromas, flavors, colors, and textures. You’ll sample light, medium, and dark honeys—including creamed, crystallized, and honey straight from the comb—while learning how to truly taste and appreciate honey like a sommelier. Then, shift from sweet to savory as Lynnies’ Kitchen guides you through building a beautiful charcuterie tray packed with cheeses, meats, and all the perfect extras. You’ll create a stunning board to take home—and gain tips you can use to recreate it for future gatherings, parties, and date nights. ✨ Workshop includes: Educational honey tasting & samples Charcuterie ingredients (meats, cheeses, and accompaniments) A tray to take your charcuterie creation home. 🍷 BYOB welcome! Cancellation Policy
Important Information: • Locations vary- please see your event listing to verify address of your booked honey tasting. * Register online 24 hours in advance of the event session date / time. To book on the day of the event, if the event link doesn't work, please call 815-297-3366 to register. • ARRIVAL: Check-in onsite BEFORE tour time, 5-15 minutes early. • This event is fun for all ages! If mead is served at the event, this is included for only those age 21 +. * No children under 1 year old should ingest honey, per the American Academy of Pediatrics. • Photos allowed to be taken- feel free to tag us @drycreekbeekeeping Changes/Cancellations: • Email changes to drycreektoursandtastings@gmail.com up to 24 hours before tour time with booking parties' names. • Cancellation refunds: More than 72 hours = 100%, 24-72 hours = 50%, less than 24 hours = no refund. Refunds will go back on payment provided with a small fee applied by the bank that is a pass-through cost. • Private group cancellations require notice 4 days before for a full refund. • Full refunds provided if a tasting is canceled by Dry Creek Beekeeping. Cancellation notifications will be delivered via email.
